What is Foil Fencing? It is a combat sport that features sword fighting. Fencing develops fitness, speed, power and fine motor skills, it rewards quick thinking, mental focus and attention. Celebrate fair play, challenge, respect and fun! All equipment is provided!
Cracovia Head Coach Krystyna Kostecka; is a world class fencer from Poland, Krystyna has made it her mission to teach and promote the Sport of Foil Fencing here in Fond du Lac. Krystyna has decades of experience in coaching and as a competitive fencer. Her love of the sport is contagious. She will guide you through the basic fundamental moves in foil fencing.

Cracovia is dedicated to learning and improving one’s skills as a foil fencer. We practice both independent strategy and technique as well as group challenges and games.
Cracovia teaches discipline, hard work, self-respect, and goal setting in a safe and healthy environment. Cracovia is dedicated to promoting the wonderful sport of foil fencing. Fencing can be looked at as life-long recreation skill that provides an individual with relaxation, fellowship, enjoyment, and refreshment of body, mind and spirit.
We offer group instruction, club, private lessons for ages 9 and up. Cracovia welcomes fencers of all experience levels.
Cracovia also reaches out to promote foil fencing throughout the area, and has offered classes in Mount Horeb since 2003 and in Sun Prairie since 2006.
